5. Liability & Insurance

Hot Shooters LLC carries comprehensive Cargo and Liability Insurance. However, our liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Claims for damaged or lost cargo must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Liability for any single shipment shall not exceed the declared value of the cargo.

6. Prohibited Items

Hot Shooters LLC reserves the right to refuse transport of any items deemed dangerous, illegal, or otherwise unsuitable for transport. This includes, but is not limited to, explosives, firearms (unless properly licensed), perishable goods without adequate climate-controlled packaging, and any items prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
